ATS Workout System for the Home Gym or your Club

ATS Workout SystemsHave you considered hiring a personal trainer in the past? Did you not have the time? Maybe it was too expensive. ATS kept these challenges in mind when creating an exercise plan which is formulated by experts but can be followed on your own time, and without the price tag of a personal trainer. The ATS Workout System consists of four components: foam rolling techniques, dynamic warm-ups, customized four-week exercise program templates with photos to follow along, and post exercise static stretches. Each month's program builds upon the last, and the exercises become more advanced as your fitness develops. In essence, ATS creates muscle confusion by employing a variety of exercises, set and rep variation, and changes in difficulty. This way the body is able to seek continued levels of growth and development. Benefits include, but are not limited to, increased strength levels, muscle symmetry, nutrition education, higher metabolisms and leaner athletic bodies. The program can be used in both the home and gym settings and is available in 1 and 3-month packages.


ATS Strength Training System for the Endurance Athlete

ATS offers extensive programming for endurance athletes --- whether you are a seasoned marathon runner or looking to try your first triathlon. Many endurance athletes make the mistake of focusing exclusively on the swim, bike, and run portions, and neglect the strength training. ATS Strength Training System for the Endurance Athlete provides the endurance-based athlete with customized 4-week exercise programs to be utilized over a 3-month period. The programming is both structured and specific to your needs. Whether it be introductory training for the novice athlete, peaking for a competition, or coming off an injury, ATS will give you the strength and torso development to be the best you can in your endurance event.

The ATS Ultimate Core Strength Bootcamp Challenge

ATS Bootcamp is coming this fall to the Bay Club. It is an 8-week fitness program to reach your full workout potential.  Tim & Kim's signature program produces results.  Their high calorie burning class is designed to increase your strength, core development, cardio fitness and endurance to get and stay fit. Open to all levels, we will coach you in a fun and motivating setting with the lastest in modern fitness training.  No corners to cut - just hard work, sweat and all that you've got to give!  Classes begin September 7th.  Try a class for FREE August 17th and 24th.  Reserve your spot NOW by contacting Tim & Kim.  Space is limited to small group training! 


Running & Triathlon Programs

Run TeamYou've come to the right place to become a stronger runner in both a fun and motivating group setting. Whether a marathon runner, triathlete or recreational runner, the ATS track club provides the structured coaching necessary for optimal gains.

The program is offered every Wednesday night. Starts April 21st-September 15th, 2010. It includes weekly training on and off the track. Attention is given to technique and form cues, goal setting, pacing, racing strategies and peaking for your specific race. Individual monthly programs available for daily training too!

Cost is $20 for drop-ins, $40 a single month or $150 for all 5-months (save $75).
